Self check-in is available. A door code and check-in code will be sent to your registered email address prior to arrival.

Check-in is available until midnight. As this is a self check-in property, you may arrive anytime after 3:00 PM.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Your personal information is securely managed through a professional online check-in system. There is no risk of data leakage or unauthorized use.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Availability depends on the reservation status. An extension fee of ¥2,000 per hour will apply.

You may choose between online advance payment (credit card) or on-site cash payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 2 days before your stay. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of arrival will be charged 100%, including no-shows.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

An IH cooktop, electric kettle, frying pan, pots, rice cooker, cutting board, knife, cutlery, ladle, spatula, cooking chopsticks, pot mat, and tableware are provided.
Are seasonings provided?
Salad oil, salt, and pepper are available.
Is laundry detergent available?
A washing machine and dryer are available inside the property, along with laundry detergent.
How can I get there from the nearest station?
It takes about 5–8 minutes by taxi or 20–30 minutes on foot from the nearest station. Please see the access page for details.
Is there a shuttle service?
We do not offer a shuttle service. Please use a taxi.
Are there restaurants nearby?
There are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. A day-use hot spring is also located within a 5-minute walk.
